"I booked through Palace of Versailles mainly..."
I booked through Palace of Versailles mainly because I wanted the transport to be easy, but even that basic part felt ignored. The pickup info changed at the last minute, and when we tried to figure out what was going on, nobody really explained anything clearly.

We ended up standing around confused, the bus showed up late, and then the return time wasn’t clear either. Versailles itself was beautiful, but the shuttle setup was stressful and unreliable. I wouldn’t book with them again.

"The tickets page made it seem like..."
The tickets page made it seem like certain areas and times were included, but once we got there, it was a totally different story. We also had to keep verifying our tickets/details more than once, which got annoying quickly. It was confusing, wasted a bunch of our time, and the description really needs to be updated so people know what they’re actually booking

"Not Great on Mobile"
I tried using it on my phone and found it frustrating. The layout feels clunky and it’s just not easy to navigate on a smaller screen. I also reached out by email, but the replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of real people, which made the whole experience even more annoying.

I bought the skip-the-line option thinking it would save some time, but we still ended up waiting almost two hours. It was frustrating because the one basic thing I expected was to actually skip the line, and that just didn’t happen

"Refund sorted out okay"
We had to cancel our visit, which was a bit annoying, but it happens. The refund took a few days to come through, not super fast it was, but support did reply and got it sorted in the end fine.

"Booking process felt unfair and frustrating"
I tried booking a time slot that was showing as available, but by the time I got to checkout, it suddenly disappeared. That happened twice, and I ended up stuck with a time that really didn’t work well for me. I get that slots can fill up, but it would feel a lot fairer if the system held the time for a few minutes while you’re checking out or at least made it clearer what’s happening. There also wasn’t much help or explanation, which made the whole experience frustrating. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Booking was such a hassle"
I tried to book my tickets, but the site kept freezing right in the middle of checkout. It was really frustrating and made the whole process take way longer than it should have. i’d expect at least an apology for the inconvenience.

"Really frustrating support"
I had a simple question about my booking and somehow couldn’t get a reply for days. I emailed twice and still heard nothing, which is just annoying when you’ve already paid and are sitting there needing help. Maybe the site works fine for some people, but if they can’t answer a basic question, I don’t really see the point. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Accessibility was okay, but I felt left to figure things out"
I booked Versailles tickets here for my mum, who uses a wheelchair, and the site worked well enough, but the accessibility info felt kind of all over the place. I was hoping it would just clearly say which entrance to use and what to expect, but instead I felt like I had to hunt around for basic details that should’ve been easy to find.

We did get in fine in the end, and the staff at the palace were helpful once we arrived, so it wasn’t a disaster. But I still had to check other websites beforehand because I didn’t want us turning up and getting stuck, which felt unfair after already booking. Not terrible, just wish they made things clearer for people who actually need that information.

"Way too crowded and poorly handled"
I booked this expecting a normal-sized group, but it ended up being way too packed. There were so many people that it was hard to hear the guide, and we were constantly stopping to wait for everyone to catch up. It felt like they just crammed people in without caring how it would affect the experience. The whole thing was messy and handled carelessly. I wouldn’t book through this site again...

"Confusing directions and a stressful start"
I booked through them, and maybe I missed something, but the onsite directions were really not clear. The meeting point info felt vague, the signs didn’t seem to match what we were told, and we ended up walking around confused for way too long. I even asked nearby staff, thinking maybe I was just in the wrong place, but they couldn’t help with this ticket. It made the whole start stressful, i don’t think it was worth it.

"Fees popped up way too late"
I was going through everything and only near the end the fees showed up, which felt kind of annoying. Like, I would rather know that earlier, not after I already spent time filling stuff out. The whole thing was okay, but that part made it feel a bit unfair, honestly.

"Versailles booking didn’t work"
We booked tickets for Versailles, but when we got there the barcode came up as invalid. I reached out to support, but they didn’t get back to us until it was already too late. It ended up ruining our morning, which was really frustrating

Everything went really smoothly. Our ticket time was actually honored and we got in right when we were supposed to, no standing around wondering what was happening or anything like that. Which was great because we had plans afterward and didn’t want to be dealing with... yeah. Just easy and no hassle

"Tickets came way too late"
I bought my tickets from versailles-palace-tickets thinking they will arrive quickly, but they took ages to show up in my email. I was already stress about the visit, so I kept checking my inbox and spam folder over and over. There wasn’t really any clear update either. For palace tickets, they should be send fast, not right at the last minute. I don’t think I would use them again.

"Audio guide just wasn’t helpful"
I found the audio guide frustrating. It kept cutting out, and the instructions just didn’t make much sense, so it wasn’t really useful during the visit.

"This ended up feeling way too expensive…"
This ended up feeling way too expensive for what it was. The ticket prices were already higher than I expected, and then the extra fees made it even worse. In the end, it was just a basic booking and nothing really felt like it added any value. I probably should’ve checked the official site first, which makes the whole thing feel preventable. I wouldn’t use this again.
